Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

When you submit a coaching application through the PK or MCoach application forms, we collect the information you provide directly — your name, contact details, and details about your fitness goals, experience, and preferences, including health information (see Health Information below). We don't collect any information about you beyond what you choose to submit in these forms.

How We Use Your Information

Applications to PK are emailed to PK and kept in a secure database hosted by Supabase that only PK can access, so PK can review them and, if you become a client, set up your coaching record. They are deleted 90 days after they are declined or you become a client. Applications that are still open are deleted after 12 months. Applications to MCoach are only emailed to MCoach and are not stored. We use a third-party email service (Resend) solely to deliver these emails.

Client Coaching Records

If you coach with PkTheCoach, we store the details you share with your coach — your name, contact details, optional body measurements and your nutrition plans — in a secure database hosted by Supabase that only your coach can access. We keep them while you're a client and delete them when you ask us to. Your coach can send you a private link to view your own nutrition plan; anyone with that link can see the plan, so please keep it to yourself. Your coach can turn the link off at any time. If your coach turns on weekly check-ins, you can send a short check-in through the same link (your weight, how the week went and an optional note). Only your coach sees your check-ins, and they're kept and deleted with the rest of your coaching record.

Health Information

Some of what you share with us is health information: medical conditions, allergies, injuries, blood type, blood test results, supplements, medication, and any other substances you choose to tell your coach you take, such as peptides or performance-enhancing drugs. We only store it with your explicit consent, which you give with the tick box on the application form, and only so your coach can build a plan that is safe for you and adjust it over time.

If you tell your coach about substances you take, your coach records them as you report them: what they are, the amount, how often, when you take them and for how long. They appear on your private plan link and on your printed plan, marked as information you gave. This record is for information only. PkTheCoach does not recommend, prescribe, sell or supply steroids, peptides, performance-enhancing drugs or any other substance, and nothing on this site or in your plan is medical advice. Please speak to a doctor about any substance you take.

Your health information is stored with the rest of your coaching record in the secure database hosted by Supabase in the European Union (Ireland), and only your coach can access it. It is never shared for marketing and never sold. Health details in an application are also emailed to the coach you applied to through our email service (Resend). We keep health information while you are a client and delete it with your coaching record. You can withdraw your consent at any time, and we will then delete the health information we hold about you.

Cookies & Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, provided by Vercel Inc., to understand how many people visit our website and how quickly its pages load, so we can improve it. They record anonymous page views and performance measurements: the page visited, the website you came from, your country, and your device type, browser and operating system. They use no cookies and do not identify you personally or follow you across other websites. Private plan links are never recorded (we only see that "a plan page" was opened), and nothing is collected in the coaching app. We use no advertising cookies. The coach-only area at app.pkthecoach.com uses your browser's storage to keep the coach signed in.

Sharing Your Information

We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your application details are only seen by the coach you applied to, the email service used to deliver them and, for applications to PK, the database host (Supabase).

Your Rights

You can request a copy of, or ask us to delete, any application or coaching information we hold about you by reaching out through the social channels linked in our footer or the contact section on our homepage. You can also withdraw your consent to us storing your health information at any time.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time as the site evolves. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
