Information We Collect
When you submit a coaching application through the PK or MCoach application forms, we collect the information you provide directly — your name, contact details, and details about your fitness goals, experience, and preferences. We don't collect any information about you beyond what you choose to submit in these forms.
How We Use Your Information
Submitted application details are sent by email directly to the coach you applied to (PK or MCoach) so they can review your application and follow up with you. We use a third-party email service (Resend) solely to deliver that email — your information is not stored in a database on our end beyond what's needed to send that message.
Cookies & Tracking
PkTheCoach does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies, and we don't track your browsing activity on this site.
Sharing Your Information
We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your application details are only seen by the coach you applied to and the email service used to deliver that application.
Your Rights
You can request a copy of, or ask us to delete, any application information you've submitted by reaching out through the social channels linked in our footer or the contact section on our homepage.

We may update this policy from time to time as the site evolves. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
